Nuclear medicine accounts for approximately 20% of the syllabus for the FRCR examination and features in the MCQs and slide viewing for the MRCP.
The book provides approximately 80 cases on a wide variety of topics including head and neck, lungs, heart, liver and spleen, renal, skeletal and muscle and oncological imaging. For each system there is a normal, normal variants and abnormals, together with correlation with other imaging modalities and case histories. Answers and teaching points are provided for each case. The book also includes chapters on therapy, and dose, safety and ARSAC along with suggested websites. |
