Synopsis
After viewing this video presentation, the participant should be able to: Review normal pancreas anatomy and function; identify normal ultrasound imaging characteristics of the pancreas; describe scanning techniques and common pitfalls and artifacts; discuss patient presentation and common indications for the ultrasound evaluation of the pancreas; recognize characteristics of commonly seen pancreas pathology. An enclosed CME Quiz ($25.00 processing fee) can be submitted to Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute for 2.0 AMA Cat. 1 CME credits, if needed. All AMA Category 1 credits are acceptable for ARDMS and ARRT (Cat.
