Synopsis
After viewing this video presentation, the participant should be able to: Describe anatomy of the female pelvis and discuss indications/applications for performing a GYN ultrasound examination; discuss scan techniques, routine protocols, and measurements associated with transabdominal and endovaginal ultrasound exams; identify sonographic characteristics associated with commonly seen uterine and ovarian pathology. An enclosed CME Quiz ($25.00 processing fee) can be submitted to Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute for 2.0 AMA Cat. 1 CME credits, if needed. All AMA Category 1 credits are acceptable for ARDMS and ARRT (Cat.
