How can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?
In many cases, Cardiotext can have your package re-routed to a different shipping address even after we have sent out the package. There is a $15.00 charge for ths service. This service is available only by contacting Cardiotext at (888) 999-9174, or info@cardiotext.com.

Sometimes youll need a book immediately, or in your hands by a certain date. Use the Special Handling form on the Shipping Information portion of the checkout to tell us the exact date or special circumstances of your order and we will do what it takes to get the order to you by the requested date. Payment Methods
Cardiotext accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all domestic purchases.

We ordinarily accept returns on items that are in brand-new condition. For most products, the purchase must have been made within the last 60 days.
If your original order was over $99.00 and qualified for free freight, and a subsequent return causes your net purchase to be less than $99.00, we will credit your account for the cost of the book, less $5.00 per each item returned.
For a return other than that for a defective product, any shipping charges or duties paid by the customer are not refundable.
Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
Please fill out a Return Authorization Request. We will send you a return authorization number response within one business day. This authorization is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of your invoice. Returns made after that date will not be accepted. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused and not credited.
Additional information on Gulfcoast Ultrasound product returns: The purchase must have been made within the last 10 days. Opened software is not returnable.
Additional information on Dr. Know product returns: Customers are eligible to receive a refund (minus a 10% administrative fee) on any Dr. Know software product within 30 days of when the product was purchased. The product must be uninstalled from all computers that it was installed on and all product materials (including CDs, DVDs, packaging, downloaded files, activation codes, etc) that the customer received must be returned to Cardiotext. Downloaded files must be deleted from all computers on which they reside. Please contact Cardiotext for a return authorization prior to any returns.
Please note that Cardiotext is a reseller - the products that we sell are published and produced by other companies. Should you have any technical issues with software or any multimedia related product, we will do our best to answer any questions you may have. If we cannot answer your question, we may refer you directly to the manufacturer for any technical resolution.
Special Procedure for Gulfcoast Ultrasound Software products: For product defects and/or device incompatibility issues concerning Gulfcoast Ultrasound product, please direct your inquiries to the Gulfcoast Ultrasound technical support staff within 10 days of purchase to determine exchange status. They can be reached at (800) 619-1900. If the product is found to be defective, Gulfcoast will send you a replacement product at no charge.

Advanced Search Mode You may enter the Advanced Search Mode by clicking on "Advanced Search Mode" in the "find books" box on the left-hand side of the home page.
Cardiotext's database is easy to use; just put in your title, or author, or even just a keyword, and press "search." A list of titles based on your criteria will appear. Select any books you wish to purchase and they will be dropped into your shopping cart where you can make any last minute changes. If everything meets your approval, you will be then directed to checkout, where the final order processing will take place.
Cardiotext offers customers the additional choice of placing orders using purchase orders, in addition to credit cards.
