Return Authorization Request
Please take a moment to tell us what you would like to return and the reason for return. We will e-mail you a return authorization number response within one business day. Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Please read the following first!:
- You must fill out this form to get a return authorization number before you can make a return. We will refuse all returns that do not have a return authorization number.
- After we send you a return authorization number, you must ship the return to us via a trackable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority. Please do not return via regular US Mail or US Media Mail unless we authorize it.
- The return authorization is vaild for sixty(60) days from the date of your invoice. Returns made after that date will not be accepted.
- You will receive a credit for the cost of the returned item(s). Outbound and inbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error such as shipping you the wrong merchandise.
- We do not accept returns on opened software. Please see our software return policy.
- We do not accept returns on orders that were shipped more than 60 days ago.
- If you originally received free UPS Ground shipping and this return will cause your total order to fall below $99.00, we may assess a $5.00 per item restocking fee on your return.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who have previously returned merchandise.
